The park is located on a quiet road and these lots are located at the top of the hill. Very pretty area with plenty of activities. Can be used as a full-time residence or seasonal for the resorts. The monthly lot rent is $300 and there is a $300 security deposit. We do not allow subletting in the mobile home park. These are empty lots which you can put a brand-new mobile home on. The price is a rough estimate of what it would cost to move a brand-new single-wide mobile home into the park and set it up.
