I’ve done a lot of things well…….. BUT!!!
Hi Everyone! Over the last several years I have worked like crazy. 24/7. There were times I was working from a hammock with a beer in my hand but I was STILL working. lol. I’ve sold over 130+ homes totaling aprox $40M which puts me in the top 5%.
There is one MAJOR thing that I regret. That I haven’t done well. I was SO busy running my daily business, servicing present clients that time simply flew by. Like a no good loser agent, I haven’t stayed in touch with my past friends / clients as much as I have wanted. Don’t think for a minute though that I don’t often think of you. Not a day goes by that I drive past someone’s house that I sold OR even one that I simply showed which reminds me of you. Like a weirdo, I legit sometimes even wave in your general direction. haha.
Now The Fun Part !!!
My business has been investing heavily in advertising, efficiency tools, listing promotion, licensing costs, etc etc all focused on generating new business. Thousands a month actually. Its expensive to be an agent!
You all know that I am a little laid back. A little weird. I enjoy my job and like to have a little fun.
The only thing more fun than spending money is spending money and time with/on friends & clients. I decided to move most of those investment dollars away from the typical agent channels to simply reconnect with everyone and have some fun!!!
IMPORTANT: If you are one of my IRS employed clients…… know that this is a justifiable expense because **at any given time all of you probably know someone that is thinking about buying or selling**
IMPORTANT: If you are NOT one of my IRS employed clients…… know that I legit miss all of you and look forward to reconnecting.
Even more FUN:
You can 100% expect that I will NOT be giving away cars. What I will be doing though is:
- Setting up small spontaneous get togthers for beer, lunch, coffee, or beer
- Setting up a larger annual client party at a fun location
- Occasional Market updates on this blog
- Purchasing services from your small businesses and giving them to other clients
- Maybe I will buy 130+ boxes of your kids girl scout cookies and mail them to everyone. (or maybe I will mail all 130 to just one of you. hmmm )
- I will ask for a few small favors along the way. (ie. a google review)
- I support and enjoy local art. I intend on employing a local artist to make something fun for all of your walls
- On occasion I may send a text to the entire VIP client group from my management software. The number will show up different as my main contact number.
- etc. etc. etc.
Lastly:
Thank you for making it all the way to the end of this long message. I didn’t mention above that I also enjoy music. I have access to VIP box seats at Star Lake this summer. That means vip parking, vip bar, in seat wait service, and most importantly…….clean legit bathrooms. No 45 min wait for a Porta-potty!
